Few Words About Us
The Malad Estate Agent & Association was formed on 15th August 1996.
BACKGROUND :
The Idea of forming a group of like minded people was born. In August 1996, Shri K. C. Thakkar, Shri Amit K. Shah, in the following member mind. Shri Arvind Mehta, Shri Anil Deora, Shri Bharat Shukla, Shri Rajendra Samani, Shri Abhay Chhajed & Shri Sunil Parasrampuria. The main purpose was to help each other.
In Real Estate Profession. For that the above members called each and every estate Agents from Malad (E) & Malad (W) for formal meeting to join & Strengthen the Association on 15/Aug/1996 at RajRatna Ind Estate, Liberty Garden, Malad (W). The Association of Real Estate Agents was thus formed on 15/Aug/1996 with 15 founder member. The Founder President was selected by the present members Shri K. C. Thakkar.
Our Purpose :
- To improve fellowship and co – operation in our profession.
- To enhance the image against the Builder & Developers.
- To Provide a platform for Realtors Members & Developers for positive interaction.
- To educate members with latest information on laws
- To improve faithful satisfaction amongs the members for their business.
- Direct contact area wise of the members.
